Recruiter/Referral
Simple DeQuba formula for average Member who want to earn money :
1. Signup for Basic Membership for Free
2. Refer at least 3 new Members and tell them to do the same
3. After you have 3 or more referrals upgrade for at least a 4 months of Platinum Membership before their referrals upgrade (recommended 12 month for 69.00, pay Attention for Processors Fees, minimum deposit is 10.00)
4. Refer some Members here and there and leave rest to the community (Keep Membership Platinum so you can collect commission from Memberships)
5. Follow the news and instructions at DeQuba and look up new Opportunities posted there
6. Visit Forums and find out how others make easy money

Goal
Is to earn from revenues made from lower levels and not just from Memberships. Memberships are just a beginning.
System for Recruiters to follow:
Recruiter intent to do business with DeQuba, so it’s recommended for Him/her to Upgrade to Platinum Membership (12 months). Recruiter should prepare first ads he/she will be posting, short explanation about the business and training plan for new recruiters.
It’s important that new Recruiter get a feeling how much he/she can accomplish.
Every person with a little effort and work can accomplish over 100 daily signups in his/her
down line in one month. Everyone who is serious to become a Recruiter will very soon want
more. So to accomplish position of Team Leader and/or Head Hunter all he/she has to do is
to select few go-getters and train them as Recruiters.
Recruiting doesn’t serve the purpose of getting only commission from new Member’s
upgrades, the goal is getting commission from your down lines which can be huge?
When your Recruiters start building the team You’ll have at least few online stores in
your downline creating revenue of couple of hundred of thousands per month.
If we do the math here, we’ll see that position of Team Leader brings couple of thousand
Members in down line (people and businesses). Team Leader has at least 24 Recruiters and
Recruiters are going for higher position so 24 serious Recruiters refers at least 30 new
Members per day.
Head Hunter position requires at least 24 Team Leaders and it’s easy to accomplish than
Team Leader Position because who decided to go for higher position and it’s serious as
Recruiter he/she will go for it for sure.
Head Hunter position has couple of thousand referrals in down line and we Are talking only
about 3rd level where rest of levels is. Of course Head Hunter and Team Leader positions
are limited, there can be only so many Head Hunters and so many Team Leaders in different areas.
Important part of work is to recruit new Members – People and new Members – Businesses. New Members are producing Revenue but Businesses produce way Higher Revenue.
As a Recruiter you have to organize your team first. Discus with your potential recruiters in
your team which area and what category they would want to cover. How much time they will dedicate at the beginning and how much time after probation period?
Once you selected your potential recruiters and they told you where, who and how they want to
recruit you can send them to domains with a lot of members. Classifieds, sites with huge Membership has usually own Classifieds or place to post announcements:
